All content on this site, including text, photos, videos, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our permission.
Our product
We try to show the HoneyJar dispenser as accurately as possible. Colours on your screen may vary slightly, and sizes are approximate. Please use the dispenser as described in the instructions that come with it and on our website.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and include any discounts shown on the product page or in the cart.
- Shipping costs and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept payment through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Your payment is charged when you place the order.
- If we show a clearly wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to continue at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
After you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we received it. Our agreement to sell is complete when we ship your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.
Delivery

Returns and refunds
You can return your HoneyJar within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the return shipping. Details are in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. These policies are part of these terms.
Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is your own and honest, and you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may decline to publish content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by using the product in a way the instructions advise against.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection laws.
