Not happy with your HoneyJar? You can return it within 30 days of delivery, and we pay for the return shipping.
What you can return
- Return your order within 30 days from the day it was delivered.
- Please empty and wash the dispenser before sending it back.
- Include all parts: lid with handle, glass bottle, honey outlet base and silicone pad, plus the original box if you still have it.
- You can return one item from a bundle. We refund the price you paid for that item, including its share of the bundle discount.
You can of course fill it and try it. If an item comes back damaged by handling beyond what was needed to try it, we may reduce the refund to cover that.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact form (choose “Return or refund”) or email [support email]. Include your order number.
- We reply within [24 hours] on business days with a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the dispenser carefully. It’s glass, so wrap it well.
- Drop it off with the carrier within 14 days of getting the label.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent to the wrong address may not reach us.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your HoneyJar arrives broken or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo or short video. We send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. For broken glass, you usually don’t need to send anything back.
If a problem appears after the 30 days, contact us. Your legal rights as a consumer still apply.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different quantity or a new dispenser is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Faulty items are replaced free of charge.
